Flat rate $10 shipping during sales. We ship all of our orders expedited by Canada Post (UPS). Within Canada please allow 1-9 business days for delivery. For shipping to the U.S.A please allow 6-14 business days for delivery. Free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada. Shipping flat rate $15 to anywhere in the lower 48 states in USA. We offer free shipping in Canada on regular priced items and orders over $100. We charge a flat rate of $15 on orders under $100. All orders from Nunavut please call or email us for shipping charges.
Please write Canadian Goods Return along with your return authorization number (see returns section) on the outside of your return package. Any return shipping expenses charged to Shoes for the Soul on behalf of your package will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount.
Any Additional markdowns will not be honored on previous purchases.
